Most of you know our service department guys Jim and Bill and know they take pride in servicing your machines and try to get them completed within three days.

For customers who have never had your machine serviced at Heyde’s please note our guild lines and come in a visit our service department meet Jim and Bill.

We offer a full service department operated by two full-time factory trained technicians. Checking in your machine, we will give a FREE estimate. If you decided to leave your machine for service, charges will apply. The average turnaround time is within seven days. 24 hour rush service is available for a nominal fee.

**Please note: Our service Department has a bench Fee no matter how small of a job. When you machine is on the bench you will receive a Full Servicing.

We repair all brands of household sewing and embroidery machines and sergers. We back all of our repairs with a 30 day guarantee. All our repairs are done on the premises. Scissors sharpening is available.

Back in the good ol’ days kids would jump off the bus and run into the house, dropping their books as they went, heading straight for the kitchen. Mom was usually there in her frilly apron, cooking something delicious. Jellies and jams were always a favorite. Depending on the season, it could be strawberry, raspberry, huckleberry or peach.
